The joint doctoral program between UCLouvain (Law) and ULB (Political Science) is pleased to announce a fully funded PhD position for research on “EU Migration Diplomacy as Law-Making.” This interdisciplinary opportunity focuses on the legal and political dimensions of EU cooperation with non-EU countries on migration, with particular emphasis on the formation of soft law and the Rabat Process as a case study.
Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Law, Political Science, or International Relations (to be completed before September 15, 2025)
– Demonstrated strong academic record
– Interest in interdisciplinary and empirical research
– Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Arabic is considered an asset
